Who we are

Cyconic is a small software and security team based in Pakistan. We build projects to order and sell projects we’ve already built. You can reach us at [email protected].

Your account

You need an account to place an order. Keep your password to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Give us an email address you check, because that’s where quotes and delivery notices go.

Placing an order

The price range shown when you describe a custom project is an estimate, not an offer. We confirm the final price and delivery date in a quote on your order page. An order goes ahead only once you accept the quote and pay.

We can decline any request, for example if it’s outside what we build, the deadline isn’t realistic, or the work would be illegal or harm someone. We don’t build malware, tools for attacking systems you don’t own or have permission to test, or anything meant to break the law.

Payment

Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Payment is 100% upfront, before work starts. Until online payment is available, you pay by the methods shown on your order page, and we mark the order paid when the money arrives. Put your order number in the payment reference so we can match it.

Delivery and fixes

We deliver as a download from your account or through a private GitHub repository, with a setup guide and a troubleshooting guide. We aim to deliver by the date in your quote and will tell you in the order chat if anything puts that at risk.

After delivery you can ask for one round of fixes within 7 days, for anything that doesn’t match what we agreed. New features or changes of scope are a new order.

Ownership and use

Once a custom order is paid in full, the delivered code and documents are yours to use, change and share. Open-source libraries inside the project stay under their own licences.

Ready-made projects are licensed to you for your own use. You can change them, but you can’t resell or republish them as a product of your own.

How you use what we deliver is up to you. If you’re a student, following your university’s rules on outside help is your responsibility.

Liability

We test what we build, but software can have bugs. We provide projects as described in the quote or listing, without other guarantees. If something goes wrong, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We’re not responsible for losses that come from how a project is used after delivery.

Disputes

If you’re unhappy, email [email protected] first; most things are sorted out quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Orders placed before a change keep the terms they were placed under. The date below shows the latest version.
