Privacy policy
What we store about you, why, and who else handles it. We collect only what we need to take and deliver your orders.
What we store
- Your account: name, email address and a hashed password (we can’t read it).
- Your orders: what you asked for, your university and course if you’re a student, deadlines, quotes and payment records.
- Files you upload and files we deliver.
- Messages between you and us on your orders.
- Short-lived records used to stop abuse, such as how many times someone tried to sign in, including the IP address.
Why we use it
To run your account, prepare quotes, build and deliver your project, talk to you about it, keep payment records, and protect the site from abuse. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. It isn’t used for tracking, and we don’t use analytics or advertising cookies.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the site, the database and file storage, and runs the bot check on the order and sign-up forms.
- Resend sends our emails (verification, password resets, order updates).
- If we turn on Telegram alerts, Telegram carries internal alerts to us about new orders and messages. These contain the order number and project name, not your files.
These services may process data outside Pakistan.
Who can see your orders
Only you and the Cyconic team. We never show one customer’s orders, university or course to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and orders while your account is open, so you can download your projects again. Payment records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account, files and messages, and keep only the payment records we’re required to.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. We reply within 14 days.
